A second check at the pack bench, then packed in courier packaging or your own branded box. Bundles and gift sets are built here.
Courier booked, label printed
The right courier and service is chosen for the parcel and the label prints at the pack bench. Couriers collect daily and sign the manifest.
Marked fulfilled, customer told
The order is marked fulfilled in your store with the tracking number, and your store lets your customer know it's on the way.

Common questions
Which online store platforms do you work with?
Any of them. Whether you're on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Magento or a store built just for you, we set up the link to our warehouse and keep it running. You don't have to install or manage anything.
Do I need to install an app or manage the integration?
No. We build, run and maintain the software link between your store and our warehouse. If something needs attention, our own developers handle it.
Do I need a minimum number of orders?
Every setup is put together around the store it serves. Talk to us about your volumes and we'll design the right package.
Can you use my own branded packaging?
Yes. Standard courier packaging is included, and we can pack in bespoke branded packaging for stores that want it.
How do returns work?
Returned parcels come back to our warehouse. Once you approve the return, we inspect the item and put it back into sellable stock.
How often do couriers collect?
Every day. Couriers sign a manifest for the parcels they collect, so every handover is on record.
Can you put together bundles and gift sets?
Yes. We build kits, multi-packs and bundles as orders come in.
Will my stock levels stay accurate in my store?
Yes. Stock is received properly into our system and stock levels flow back to your store, so you don't sell what you don't have.
